FastDriverScreening pulls Motor Vehicle Records (MVR), AAMVA CDLIS reports, FMCSA Pre-Employment Screening Program (PSP) reports, and FMCSA Clearinghouse pre-employment and limited annual queries from state DMVs, AAMVA, and FMCSA portals on your behalf. Pricing follows five packages: MVR Basic at $50, MVR + CDLIS at $75, DOT Hire-Ready (MVR + CDLIS + PSP) at $100, DOT Pre-Employment (MVR + CDLIS + PSP + 12 months of Clearinghouse query management) at $175, and Annual Refresh (MVR + CDLIS + 12 months of Clearinghouse query management) at $150. Optional add-ons are available with any package at checkout: a $25 DQ File template, Clearinghouse employer account setup ($150), Clearinghouse driver account setup ($125), and 12 months of Clearinghouse query management ($100 for 1 driver, $225 for 2-4 drivers, $400 for 5-14 drivers).

2. Eligibility & consent

You must have a permissible purpose under the DPPA (18 USC §2721) and the written consent of the driver before pulling any record. By using the service you certify that consent is on file. We reserve the right to refuse or refund any order that appears to violate federal or state record-access law.

3. Turnaround

Timing depends on the issuing state. We do not guarantee a specific turnaround on any single state because the underlying DMV systems are outside our control.

4. Accuracy

The records we deliver are reproductions of what the issuing DMV / AAMVA returned. We do not guarantee the accuracy of state DMV data and are not the source of record. Any disputes over the contents of an MVR or CDLIS report must be raised directly with the issuing state.

5. DQ File template

The DQ File template is a legal-information product, not legal advice. It is provided as-is. Carriers are responsible for ensuring their completed DQ Files meet 49 CFR §391.51 and any applicable state requirements.

6. Refunds

See our Refund Policy for the full refund schedule. Once a state DMV charge has been incurred, that portion of the order is non-refundable.

7. Limitation of liability

Our maximum liability for any order is the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
