Refund Policy

Plain-English summary

If we have not yet pulled the report from the DMV, we will refund 100% on request. Once a state DMV / AAMVA charge has been incurred for your order, that portion of the order is non-refundable - we have already paid the issuing agency on your behalf. The DQ File template is digital and non-refundable once delivered.

1. Pre-pull cancellations

If you change your mind before we have hit the DMV / AAMVA endpoint - usually a window of a few minutes - email us at the address below and we will refund 100% of the order to the original payment method.

2. Already-pulled reports

Once a state DMV / AAMVA charge has been incurred, the underlying record-access fee is non-refundable. We will refund our service component (the markup over the state fee) when the customer made an entry error that prevented the report from being usable - for example, an obviously transposed license number that returned a no-match result and we did not catch in time.

3. DQ File template

The DQ File template is a digital download. Because it is delivered immediately on payment and cannot be returned, it is non-refundable once payment clears. If the files fail to deliver due to an issue on our end, we will redeliver - but we will not refund a downloaded template.

4. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most issues we can resolve in under 24 hours. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in account suspension and a chargeback handling fee.
